Late Jitendra Mehtalia (Managing Director & Founder), an Electrical Engineer turned first generation entrepreneur is the founder of Sujay Group of Companies. In 1982, he founded Sujay Electronics a trading company dealing with Electronics IC’s and Components. He demonstrated great acumen in doing fairly successful business in this field. With a remarkable vision he forayed into Computer Hardware Business when the industry was a fledgling. Sujay Computers Pvt. Ltd came into existence in 1986. Sujay was then one of the few companies doing business in Computer Hardware. He had put a team together working towards the common goal of achieving an important position in Computer Hardware Business. After doing fairly good business in local market, he further ventured in Export Business by opening an office- Sujay Computers in SEEPZ-SEZ. A self made man with the zest to create value for the company, its customers and employees. During his 22 years of tenure, he witnessed the ever changing IT industry from Mainframe era TO PC era TO Network era TO Internet era. And it was his timely decisions and shifts in business activities that Sujay’s business activities kept evolving with the varied trends within the industry.

“Jitubhai” as known within the industry circle has developed a well reputed position not only in the eyes of the clients but also in that of the people within the same industry. He will always be admired for his business skills, business relationships and clear goals and aspirations.

Janak Mehtalia, started his career at the early stage of Sujay. He has been closely working with the Channel Partners. He has been actively involved in the Trading Business of Sujay. He brings in the experience of IT purchase processes, negotiations and procurement. At every evolving and transition stage of Sujay he has been part.

He has been involved in Hardware Peripherals/Software trading business within the channel. Working with the channel he brings in the knowledge of gauging the credibility of the channel partner which helps in the smooth functioning of the company. Sujay enhanced the existing strategic tie-up with principal manufacturing companies where with his Channel relations and Team Support within a short time Sujay has grown to a level of Volume Partner.

He has been involved in the trading of products like Computer Peripherals: Motherboard, Processor, Printers and with time moved onto items like Branded Server and Desktops. He manages the operations like purchase, procurement, and logistics infrastructure of the company.

Charul Mehtalia, B.E Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer, Daughter of Jitendra Mehtalia, turned second generation entrepreneur. She started her career immediately after her graduation when she stepped into the shoes of her father at his demise in 2004. The career until now has been very fulfilling as she has come out to be truly successful and inspiring women entrepreneur. It was her dedication and passion to take Sujay to the new horizons that she had the turnaround of Sujay’s face from a Trading to Solution Provider Company.

A person with high level of enthusiasm and zeal to grow she has put a team together to be able to position her company as Corporate Vendor. Today she is spearheading the business development strategies, leading the team, managing the HR of the company. She leads the Service Team and develops strategies towards enhancing Services offerings for the customers. She closely works with corporate clients and has been successful in bagging various corporate clients.

Her strong determination and management acumen has been the key to success. With powerful communication, co-ordination and analytical skills she has successfully grown the business revenue of the company. Deval Mehtalia, B.E Information Technology Engineer, Younger Daughter of Jitendra Mehtalia, started with Sujay in the Year 2008. Being a qualified engineer with sharp acumen and analytical thinking she is involved in the business operations of Sujay. She has demonstrated potential credentials to be a strong value add to the management team of Sujay.

With the IT Background she intends to work closely to diversify the business activities of Sujay and explore the High End Enterprise Software Solutions. She would work towards establishing a strong hold in areas of Digital Security for Enterprises with her expertise. She would be heading the security solutions business of Sujay and would be successful to implement it with her background. With her addition in the team, Sujay now has in house expertise to offer complete the end-to-end requirement of client by bundling Software along with Hardware solutions. She will bring in fresh ideas and thoughts to help Sujay diversify into the different avenues.
